We are to seek for peace and friendship between Japan, China and other Asian countries, promote mutual exchange of education, medical care and cultures between those countries, carry out any businesses related to developing human resources in each country, with the purpose of building real friendly relationship between those countries above, and will fulfil business listed below to achieve these objectives.

1. Promote exchange and collaboration of education between Japan, China and other Asian countries.
2. Promote exchange and collaboration of medical care between Japan, China and other Asian countries.
3. Promote exchange and collaboration of cultures between Japan, China and other Asian countries.
4. Support maternal and child health promotion.
5. Support interaction between international students in Japan, China and other Asian countries.
6. Hold seminars about Japan, China and other Asian countries.
7. Establish and administrate facilities required for businesses listed above.
8. Any other businesses required to achieve the objectives above.
